When will my order ship?

Every jar is whipped and poured the day after you order. Most orders ship within three to five business days, however during sales, holidays it may take up to 14 business days for your order to ship. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

How strong is the scent?

The body oils and butter creams are scented to be present without overwhelming — you'll catch it on yourself throughout the day. For the fullest experience, layer with the matching fragrance oil for eight hours of wear.

How do I store it?

Keep your jar in a cool, dry spot away from direct sunlight. Because everything is small-batch and handmade with natural ingredients, butter creams may soften in warm weather and firm back up when cool — that's the texture working correctly, not a defect.

Is everything cruelty-free?

Yes. Every formula is cruelty-free, always. Never tested on animals, by NKG Luxe or anyone we work with.
