At NKGLUXE, we take pride in preparing, packaging, and shipping every order with care. Please review our updated shipping policy below.
Processing & Shipping Time

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Processing time does not include shipping time. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information to follow your delivery.
We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare your products with quality and care. Major holidays 14 business days
Shipping Carriers
We currently ship through the following carriers:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier, weather, or seasonal delays.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order.
- NKGLUXE is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Package Delays
Once your order has been shipped and scanned by USPS or UPS, it is out of our hands.
- If your package experiences transit delays, is marked “In Transit,” or arrives later than expected, you must contact USPS or UPS directly for updates.
Damaged Items
- NKGLUXE is not responsible for packages damaged by weather, heat, or mishandling once the carrier has taken possession.
- If your package arrives damaged, please email nkgluxe@gmail.com with clear photos within 24 hours, and we will do our best to assist.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” that become lost or stolen after delivery.
- Customers should file a claim with USPS or UPS for further support.
Warm-Weather Shipping
During warmer months, body butters a may soften or melt. So we only sell butter creams and balms durning this time
- All products are packaged with care, but melting is not considered damage and does not qualify for a refund.
