Slow Craft

Luxury in every jar takes time. Each order is handmade and processed in 3–5 business days. During launches and seasonal sales, processing may extend up to 14 business days. Thank you for waiting beautifully.

You order.The batch begins.

Within 24 hours of your order, Nisa starts whipping your specific batch. Cold-pressed butters, slow-mix, hand-poured.

Production.3–5 business days.

Whipping, setting, labeling, and a final scent check on every jar. Launch and holiday windows may extend up to 14 business days.

Shipped.3–5 business days carrier.

USPS or UPS, tracked. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment it leaves the studio.

Where we ship to.

NKG Luxe currently ships to the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. If you're outside the US and want to be notified when we expand, join the newsletter at the bottom of the page.

How long it takes.

Production time is 3 to 5 business days from the moment your order is placed.

During launches, holidays, and major sale events, production may extend up to 14 business days. This timeline is included on the homepage banner, the product pages, and on every order confirmation.

Once your batch is ready, carrier shipping adds another 3 to 5 business days via USPS or UPS depending on your address.

What it costs.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight. Orders over $75 ship free within the continental US.

  • USPS Ground — most orders, $5–$12 depending on weight
  • UPS Ground — automatic for larger orders
  • USPS Priority Express — available at checkout for expedited delivery

Tracking your order.

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking number the moment your jar leaves the studio. Tracking updates appear within 24 hours.

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days after shipping, email nkgluxe@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Returns

All salesfinal.

Why final sale.

Every NKG Luxe product is a made-to-order, body-applied product. Once it leaves the studio, it can't be resold or returned to inventory for hygiene reasons. This is the same policy across every reputable independent body care house.

If you're unsure about a scent, the safest move is to start with the Body Oil or a single 4 oz jar before committing to the full ritual.

Damaged or incorrect orders.

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or with the wrong product, we'll make it right. Reach out within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • The original packaging if visibly damaged

Email nkgluxe@gmail.com and Nisa will personally respond within 1–2 business days with a replacement or refund.

Lost in transit.

If your tracking shows delivered but the package never arrived, first check with neighbors and your postal carrier. If it's still missing after 48 hours, email us with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to file a claim.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are the carrier's responsibility, but we'll do everything we can to help you recover or replace.

Cancellations & changes.

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. After production starts, the order is locked.

To request a cancellation, email nkgluxe@gmail.com within 24 hours with your order number.
